Salad with wagyu beef, blood orange and beetroot
Having recently moved to the inner west, I’ve become more and more interested in cafe culture. We stumbled upon the Envy Cafe and Gallery in Summer Hill for lunch recently.
Here’s a pic of the salad with wagyu beef, blood orange and beetroot. The salad was fresh with a nice combination of salty beef and sweet beetroot and blood orange. Perfect to enjoy in the cafe’s large courtyard area.

omg if that’s the same wagyu beef i had that’s made in south australia i can only imagine how good this was. so smoky and seductive!
