Dish up some rice, slap some pork on the top. That’s all this dish is about, and partly why I love eating it so much.
To me, it captures so much of the essence of Taiwan. Pork on rice is extremely simple but tastes so good.
The above version focuses more on pork mince, whereas the one below is all about the pork fat. Either way, it tastes perfect and I could eat this everyday for the rest of my life.
