I live in Sydney, Australia, where we are incredibly spoilt for choice when we decide to venture outside for a meal. This blog will detail some of my eating adventures.
This blog is mainly about the words. For a day job, I’m a journalist, so bear with me as I do my best with my iPhone as a camera.
When I can, I like to talk to the chefs or people behind the restaurants, to get more of an idea of what they are trying to achieve. Rather than just post “reviews” of particular restaurants, I like to write different styles of articles; whether it be an interview, feature, opinion or news piece.
I don’t work in the food industry and never have, but I have a lot of respect for people that do.
